The Legend Race is Back! Tahura Trail Running Race (TTRR) is an annual cross-country running race held at Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda, Dago Pakar, Bandung, West Java. Besides the race, the event also includes the Trail Run Expo. The year 2025 marks the tenth edition of this event after a hiatus from 2021 to 2024 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and political year dynamics. TTRR is registered with ATRA (American Trail Running Association) and ITRA (International Trail Running Association), two leading international associations in trail running. This event is the opening for the Asia Trail Master Series and is recognized as one of the five favorite trail runs in Indonesia. Based on media reports, TTRR also holds the record for the trail run with the most participants. In 2020, there were 3,136 participants from various provinces in Indonesia and 27 countries from Asia, Australia, America, to Europe. Since its first edition in 2013, TTRR has continuously received positive feedback from participants, with an increase in the number of participants each year. This has led to TTRR being dubbed the "Lebarannya Trail Run" by the trail running community. The event is located at Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda. This location is an integrated conservation area that combines secondary natural forests with cultivated forests. Situated at an altitude of 770–1,330 meters above sea level, the park is located in Kampung Pakar, Desa Ciburial, Kecamatan Cimenyan, Bandung. With fertile soil, this park is home to 2,500 types of plants, consisting of 40 species and 112 families. Besides being a sports venue, Tahura offers various interesting destinations, such as the Ir. H. Djuanda Monument, Japanese Cave, Dutch Cave, Omas Waterfall, Lalay Waterfall, Dago Waterfall, and the Ir. H. Djuanda Museum, which stores historical artifacts from the Dago Pakar area. The park also provides play areas suitable for family or group outings.
